Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to certain guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Service Categories
Project-Based Services
- Deposits for work not yet commenced may be refundable upon request
- Once work has commenced, refunds are calculated based on work completed
- Completed deliverables are not refundable
Monthly Retainer Services
- Cancellation requires written notice (typically 30 days)
- Fees paid for the current month are generally non-refundable
When Refunds May Be Available
- Services not commenced
- Our inability to deliver agreed services
- Major failure under Australian Consumer Law
- Mutual agreement

- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will review and respond within 7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
